Once, Labinot Gashi, known as Labi, and Dafina Zeqiri seemed to have a good relationship, which they no longer have. In an interview for "Prive", Labi showed that he has no idea why this report was broken and explained why he called Dafina "ungrateful".

As Dafina celebrated her birthday in an event attended by well-known names of the stage and screen, her friends and colleagues, Labi, who was not invited to the party, wrote on Instagram: "Ungrateful".

Asked by "Prive" if the post was a coincidence or not, he said:

"It wasn't a coincidence, but it wasn't just for her [Dafina], but for all the other people. Actually, I'm saying it here for the first time, [the post] wasn't just because Labi wasn't at the party, but I didn't see many people who were in the early days of Dafina."

Following his explanation, Labi implied that he is referring to the era when social networks and YouTube did not have the power they have today and artists were mainly promoted by TV personalities.

"I'm speaking openly because I don't forget the people who supported me at the beginning of my career," he added.

On the other hand, Dafina did not react to his statement.
