Julia Fox shocked TikTok when she gave followers a tour of her rat-infested New York home last week.

Many people were surprised by the modest home and praised Fox for the down-to-earth clip, but others wondered how the 32-year-old, who is said to be worth $30 million, is raising her young son in the home.

"This is really Valentino's (son's) apartment. I can afford a bigger house, but it's about that sense of normalcy for Valentino. I don't want him to grow up spoiled. I want it to be in touch with the real world. I grew up in the real world. I want my son to be the same.”

Julia also "justified" the expensive clothes she wears.

"Most of the clothes I wear are from young designers who are just starting out."
