If you put your SPF every morning, but you don't even take the trouble to remember your partner for the protective cream, you're making a serious mistake. Let's face it, a good part of men neglect when it comes to skincare, but they shouldn't do that when we talk about sun protection.
They even more than women have one more reason to use SPF: According to data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention men are more likely to suffer from melanoma and change lives precisely as a result of skin cancer.
Neglecting and ignoring skin from sunscreen in the future men are likely to be confused with skin problems or even worse, cancer and skin. Another cause that exposes them even more to this disease is the lifestyle.
Women are more determined to put on sunscreen every day, stay more in the sun and do more frequent skin self-checks. They may also meet the doctor for the most insignificant skin-related concern, so they are more likely to notice if something is wrong.
In men, most melanoma occurs in areas that are difficult to see, find and treat, so the area that is not easy to observe as shoulders or backs can be.
But according to science, men still continue to neglect the importance of sunscreen and still believe in the theory that you don't need something like this on your skin.
Since UV ray damage is not immediate, awareness is made even more difficult to use regularly in order to avoid serious long-term consequences. It should also be mentioned that women regularly use SPF because they want to prevent premature aging of the skin and this is not the target that motivates most men.
