There are few people who fall asleep as soon as they lie down, but on the other hand, staying awake for hours trying to sleep can tire you out in several ways. What if yoga is a solution? Below you will find 6 simple moves you can make from the comfort of bed. Maybe, then you are ready for sleep!
6. Feet up the wall
Lie down in front of the wall and place a pillow under your waist. Raise your legs so that your heels and knees are in line, and your hands are stretched across your body, palms facing up. Stay in this position for 2 minutes. Then bend your knees slightly.
5. With belly
Lie down under a pillow and "close" your fingers behind your back. Take a deep breath, bend your back and toes, and try to get as close to your feet as possible with your hands. Then exhale slowly and go to the starting position. Repeat the exercise 5-10 times.
4. Feet at a wide angle
Sit with your legs open as wide as possible and place a pillow in front of you. Straighten your back and breathe as deeply as you can. Then, pulling it out slowly and stretching your arms forward, lie on the pillow. Inhale and exhale for 10 times.
3. The soles of the feet together
Lie on your back under a pillow and join your legs. Your hands are relaxed and extended along the body, palms up. Take a deep breath. Stay in this position for 3 minutes.
2. Turn left and right while lying down
Lie down, bend your knees and join your legs. Stand 1 minute on one side, 1 minute on the other. Repeat 2 times for each side.
1. Stand with your back
Lie straight with a pillow down. Just open your legs slightly and place your hands on your sides, palms up. The spine and head are in a straight line. Take 3 deep breaths and exhale through your nose. Then do 4 regular breaths. At this point, you will feel drowsy and will gradually fall into a deep sleep.
