Netflix has purchased a series of documentaries spanning two decades of Kanye West's life, including the death of his mother, Donda, in 2007, and his loss in the 2020 presidential race.
The documentary, still without a title, will include videos from West's home and other moments, shot over a 21-year period. Billboard reports that the documentary will be released this year. So far, Netflix reportedly followed $ 30 million for the series, but according to Variety, that figure is inaccurate.

It has been two eventful decades for Kanye, who first became famous as a producer, especially for his work on Jay-Z's album, "The Blueprint", in 2001. He has received many accolades for his later solo albums, such as The College Dropout, Late Registration and Graduation.
West has been embroiled in controversy throughout his career, from allegations that George W. Bush, the former US president, did not care about people of color after Hurricane Kaltrina, to the interruption of Taylor Swift's MTV address of the year. 2009.
West is the latest musician to join a boom in pop star documentaries such as Demi Lovato, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Tina Turner, Shawn Mendes and Blackpink.
