Will the pandemic affect the fact that in the future the concerts will be realized, among other things, using plastic bubbles? Hopefully not. However, Wayne Coyne, an early bubble fan at concerts and the vocalist of the band Flaming Lips, believes the future will be like this.
In a live performance in Oklahoma, where the band was founded in 1983, Coyne performed in plastic bubbles, where based on the photos shared on social networks, the fans also stayed in the bubbles.
Prior to the show, Coyne spoke to music blog BrooklynVegan about his plan to perform in public in this form. "It seems absurd, but it is becoming somewhat serious and real," said the singer.
Coyne first tested the bubble audience concept on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" in June.
Question from the hall: Fans placed in bubbles, how will they use the toilet ?!
