What to do when your beach periods come

The biggest nightmare (besides the heat) in these summer days ?! Fear that periods come to us during the holidays! Well if we are faced with a fact like this, we have no choice but to find a solution to take advantage of those blessed days. As much as we can, of course!

1. Menstrual cups

Menstrual cups are one of the options. As you may know, they are small quality silicone cups that are placed inside the vagina to collect menstrual blood. Women all over the world are giving up tampons to place these cups during periods.

2. Stay active

Although on vacation we mean quality sleep on the deck chair, if you are having periods and are on the beach, move. Physical activity has been shown to reduce menstrual bleeding.

3. Have sex

Holiday sex is not bad, is it? Twice as good when you are having periods. Less pain, less bleeding and more fun and beach!

4. Do not forget to take medicine with you!

In order not to feel terrible pain, take a hot shower before going to the beach and after that, be sure to put menstrual medication in your bag. No one will have colic in the midst of the scorching sun.
