How it is to recover from Covid-19, from a patient

Chris Gough, anesthetist, shared with his followers on Tqitter his experience with Covid-19 and the path to healing. 'Now that I'm better, I want to share my symptoms and experience with you, if it's worth it,' he writes. "As a patient, not as a doctor."

Day One: Fever and Fatigue. I was shivering and sweating all the time. I was extremely tired, my whole body ached. The temperature was around 38.5 degrees Celsius. I had no appetite at all. I started coughing in the afternoon. There was no severe cough nor frequent cough. Tuk, as if to remind me that my lungs were not good. "

Day Two: ?Zero energy. Lying all day. I was sweating and shaking, but not like the day before. The cough became frequent. My head started to ache, my whole body ached and I felt weak. No appetite at all. At dinner I got better. ?

Day Three: ?I feel worse. My head hurts the most and I'm tired. I cough less often. The appetite is coming back, but not as before. I slept most of the day and when I didn't sleep, I lay down. "

Day 4: ?Tired and without appetite. Cough is pretty rare. My head hurts, but it's getting better. My whole body hurts, I can't do anything. "

Day five: ?Still tired. My head hurts no more. I get 1/2 or 2/3 of my appetite. I have no desire to get up or get out of my house. ?

Day six: ?I feel a little better. I fell asleep on the sofa. I continue to be tired and have no energy. I don't want to get out of the house. "
