Traditionally, Brad Pitt gave a brief speech at the Golden Globes after receiving the "Best Actor in a Non-Protagonist" award for "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood." During the talk, Brad joked about his romances, where of course all eyes went to Jennifer Aniston to see her reaction.
"I would like to mourn my mother, but I couldn't, because every woman they see close to me says I love her. And it would be a little strange, "he said.
The camera immediately focused on Jennifer's portrait, which was seen smiling.
During the red carpet, Brad Pitt was asked by Entertainment Tonight about Aniston and he said "I happen to meet him often". "He's a good friend," the actor said. ET then pointed out that the world wanted a picture of them together. "The second most important reunion?" Joked Brad Pitt, hinting at the Friends reunion photo, the first on the actress' Instagram.
The actors were married from 2000 to 2005. Although divorced, Pitt and Aniston have always maintained contact as friends.
