Jennifer Lopez talked about her successful relationship with Alex Rodriguez and said she only follows one rule.
During an interview with CBS Sunday Morning, the singer said she often remembers the advice given by Supreme Court Judge Ruth Bader Ginsgurg at the beginning of the year.
J.Lo asked RBG (the judge's initials) how she kept her marriage alive for so long, and the 86-year-old said: "It's good to never hear. One wicked word, people are not perfect, sometimes you have to say nothing. "
Jennifer went on to explain that in stressful moments, she and Alex always remember Ginsburg's advice. Especially when the schedules do not correspond, they try not to be disrespectful to one another.
"When work is a madness or when the situation gets out of control, when all the sensations are stressed, we keep calm," Jennifer said.
Ginsburg and Marty have been married for 50 years, when Marty passed away due to cancer in 2010.
Jennifer and Alex got engaged in March, after two years together.
