The status of Bella Hadid and The Weeknd's connection is a mystery. Most report and split, while Entertainment Tonight says they are working together to rebuild the relationship. Reality however, we know for sure that Bella will not be seen in public with The Weeknd. TMZ reports that the model left Catch One Nightclub a few minutes after The Weeknd arrived.

Bella was there with the company and they were having a great time. It is not yet known if she and The Weeknd talked during the brief exchange.

A similar exchange after the couple's first split took place in 2016 at Victoria's Secret. Just that exchange was filmed and is forever online, unlike the one in question that still has many unanswered questions.

A source told E !, who first published the couple's split that Bella and The Weeknd had a distance problem. ?They are in different places, physically and mentally. Bella is gearing up for fashion week, while Abel is tackling the album and his first role, ?he said. The same source did not rule out the possibility of a reunion. "They hope to get back together soon, but for now, they are focusing on themselves and the projects."

An Entertainment Tonight source said practically the same things but did not refer to it as a split. "They're trying to fix things, like any couple," the source said. "They travel a lot, they work a lot and this creates tension. But they love each other, they have split in the past and they want to restore the bond. "
