Any woman with an active sex life should know that the most important thing to do after sex (up to 15 minutes later) is to urinate. Whether sex with the same gender, with a toy or heterosexual relationship, if you do not urinate after sex, increase the chances of getting an urinary tract infection that is very embarrassing and can be followed by a variety of problems. In women, the urethra is very short and the bladder is very close to her. So during penetrative sex, bacteria have direct access to the bladder.
Some people get these infections more easily, some do not. Special attention should be paid to women who have undergone menopause, as estrogen reduction decreases the tissue and makes it more difficult to fight infection. Even if your partner is very clean, even if he uses a condom, even if he is circumcised, the risk exists. Make sure to go to the spa always after sex.
To feel cleaner after all, like men and women, is enough to clean your genitals with water and a soap that does not irritate the skin.
