Kosovo Judo, Majlinda Kelmendi won the first gold medal for this year. At the Grand Prix tournament, held in Tel Aviv, Israel, she defeated Israelite Gili Cohen.

It took only 35 seconds for Kelmendi to prove its strength and to defeat its competitor. Initially, in the second round, she met Georgian Tetiana Levitska Shukvani, then in the quarterfinals with Swiss Fabien Koher.

Also, in the same tour is also a Kosovar athlete, Loriana Kuka, who will compete in the jubilee sports today. Kelmendi belongs to the category 52 kilograms, while Kuka, 78 kilograms.
