The sun seemed to come out to never hide ... at least until the end of the summer. Apart from the fact that we are happy for the days of the beach, the biggest problem remains the freedom! Hair never sticks straight, no dress is endured in the body and above all: night sleep is awesome!
Those who have air conditioners have partially found the solution, while others have some quick and effective chances.
1. To keep the room cool at night, it should be all day long
To keep the room fresh, you have to move it properly. When the sun rises at noon, close the windows and open it only after it starts to sink.
Also do not forget to freshen the windows (even by placing a wet towel around it) and the floor, washing it several times a day.
2. Fans still remain a solution!
If you think their time has gone, you're wrong. They are still very effective!
3. Refresh the bed before sleeping
Instead of satin or synthetic sheets, put cotton or silk materials. They will keep you cool throughout the night. Do not forget to sleep naked or put the sheets in the fridge for a while.
