Asbulla Magomedov has angered and shocked fans after a video surfaced showing the Russian social media personality abusing his cat, named Barsik.
The 20-year-old appears to abuse his pet in a short video posted on YouTube, hitting it on the head and pulling it by the ear.
The cat then goes to her bed, where Hasbulla continues to hit her again.
During his online fame, Hasbulla has described himself as a fan of three things: cars, guns and cats.
In fact, his aversion to dogs is well known. However, when it came to cats, the impression was that he cared deeply for them.
The disturbing video, of course, has changed that notion and created concern among people for the cat's well-being.

Disciplining pets with physical punishment has been proven to be ineffective and abusive. According to several studies by canine and feline psychologists, animals cannot attribute physical punishment to a specific reason, so to them it is simply that: physical abuse.
