Invited to "The Dalina Show" on Andale Media, Tayna honestly admitted that she has "given up" on hip-hop music, as she considers it a genre that the collective energy "no longer accepts".
However, this has come with its own costs. Costs that Tayna has felt in the process of collaborating with other artists who, perhaps, do not see the change in the same way:
"When I did hip-hop, I found it easier to collaborate, now that I've changed the genre a lot, I find it a little difficult to do what I did before and match my frequency with the people I collaborate with."
Further, Tayna explained that she does not feel superior, but this transformation in music, which comes from a change in her worldview, has made her increasingly different from other people and other artists:
"I feel like I've gone down such a different path creatively that I don't know how to find a middle ground with other people because I have a very different world, not that I have a better world, but it's different."
