On the Beach: You should know in advance that:
- You should not stay in the sun too much, especially during the time when the sun is stronger
- You should apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out in the sun
- you need to protect your skin with a scarf, hat, goggles and of course SPF
- you need to reapply sunscreen
- You should not use products that speed up the tanning process in case you have sensitive skin.
But if you find yourself with skin like that of Chrissy Teigen scratching you from head to toe, you?ve probably not followed any of the above tips. However, consult your doctor / pharmacist to determine the extent of the burn as well as products that help the skin recover. If you can't wait, you can soothe your skin with:
1. The famous yogurt
2. Aloe Vera (but don't use it if you're allergic to it
3. Potatoes - divide into thin slices and coat the burnt skin
4. Tea bag
