After all the dilemma of which exercise has more advantages, Harvard experts have confirmed that you need body weight to achieve optimal exercise and have better overall health.
"This training is not only effective, but also eliminates a good part of the excuses to avoid training", it is emphasized in the study published in the journal "Physiology and Behavior".
According to them, it is enough to move the body in the right way and you don't even need equipment or anything else. While the muscles are toned, you will promote general well-being, including the mental one. The research was done by observing a group of women who were followed for more than 10 weeks.
The results summarized by Harvard showed that after 10 weeks of training, very visible results are felt, especially in the abdomen and waist, freedom of movement, increased body strength, and improved body flexibility.
Also supported by professional trainers as a method, bodyweight training should be done 3 to 4 times a week for good results and you can watch online videos, or work with a personal trainer to do it.
