1. Get out as much as possible
Recent studies show that spending time outdoors is associated with increased feelings of happiness and the way we view our physique. Experts have found that spending time outdoors (it does not matter if you are on the beach, in the woods or in the mountains) makes you feel better about your physique and appearance compared to indoors.
Even when you are in the open, you start to see your body and weight differently as you become more motivated to exercise. Despite the allusions of scholars who say that spending a good time outdoors makes us even more attractive to others, further research would be needed to prove this.
Take a break from social media
Comparing yourself to others creates misconceptions about yourself and your appearance. According to experts, young people tend to compare themselves negatively with others on social networks, so some of them always seem dissatisfied with their appearance, level of happiness and their lifestyle. Consequently this brings dissatisfaction, depression and anxiety. If you want to enjoy yourself and your daily life, but feel that you are "stuck somewhere", just disconnect from social networks.
3. Laugh as much as you can
Smiles make us much more attractive in the eyes of others, but even more important than that is the fact that laughter gives us pleasure. When we smile the likelihood of experiencing positive emotions is much greater and consequently such a state makes us look even more attractive to others.
