Albania performs last at Eurovision: How does this affect the voting?

The two semi-final nights of Eurovision 2025 have concluded and we have 20 qualified countries that will join the "Big 5" (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom), as well as last year's winning country, Switzerland.

The grand final will take place on Saturday evening and the order of performances is set immediately after the end of the second semi-final, in the early hours of the morning.

One positive news for Albania is that it will perform last on the final night – a position often considered strategically advantageous. The reason? Performances that close the night are more likely to remain fresh in the minds of the audience and the juries before voting begins, which could positively influence the final results.
