Moderator Roza Lati has chosen Instagram for a long and very personal story, where she takes us back to the period when she hosted "Why Not" on RTV Ora, sheds light on her disappointment with the television industry, but also on a series of difficult personal experiences that she has gone through in silence.
It all started after a message from a follower, who complimented Roza on screen. "What love. As always. And they keep looking for me on screen," the moderator replied. "But the truth is that I have really been slandered by television, at this time in my life."

She dwells at length on the period of the program "Why Not", which she considers one of the most beautiful experiences, but at the same time the most emotionally tiring. Roza says that the attacks on television created a climate of fear that often left them alone as staff, even though the audience was not supposed to feel anything from the chaos behind the scenes.

"We were coping with the work at the standard and level we had set, with a lack of staff, but the public shouldn't understand anything. There were days when I would come home after filming. I would lie on the floor crying. Not because I didn't have the support of the staff or the television. We were like a family. I cried because I'm a perfectionist. I was meticulous. And it was killing me, KILLING me, that we had the zeal, the love for this show, but the lack of staff and the closing of doors."

In the continuation of the posts, Roza confesses that the loss of her two dogs was also followed by an abortion, which she signifies through an image of an echo.

Later, she stopped participating in "Big Brother VIP Albania 3".
"Then I got the offer to enter the house with cameras 24 hours a day. I know the spectacle well. I know the editing well. That experience was also slandered to me."
Roza doesn't stop there. She openly criticizes the selection of moderators on the screen, emphasizing that many names today are being placed in charge of programs without having either the preparation or the ability to communicate. We recall that it was rumored that Roza would be the moderator of "Big Brother VIP Fan Club", a program that was ultimately entrusted to Heidi Baci.
"I noticed, NOT JUST ON A TELEVISION, that people who have no experience in moderating TV programs were being given the right to host and moderate programs. People who do not know how to speak. People who do NOT have the magic of words, the art of communication. But who put that headset in their ears (that the audience does not understand) and dictate directly into their ears what to say on the spot."

She adds that professionals cannot work for low fees just to "be famous":
"I noticed that the market for 'hosting a program' had dropped. I was hearing ridiculous salaries all around, and if you brought in sponsors, I was hearing ridiculous percentages from all sides. Professionals cost money. Professionals have a CRAFTS at this. I will not host programs for free, or for a low price just to BE FAMOUS. I was slandered. Even more so."

In the end, Roza promises to return, but not now. Now is the time for family and love, as she says.

"I will return, not just me. But also other professionals who have been slandered just like me. As I have said publicly: Let the public miss me on screen. So that when I return... I can make a difference."
