In a phone call for "Albania Live" with Sidorela Gjonin on Top Channel, Selini's father spoke for the first time about her relationship with Miri inside the "Big Brother" house, exploding with a series of insults towards the latter.
First, he addressed all the noise being made about the relationship between the pair, stating that his daughter would not make the mistake of knowingly getting involved in such a dynamic:

Don't take the work for a few clicks to the point of humiliating and demoralizing a girl. She doesn't fall into that category to make those kinds of mistakes. She is an educated, well-mannered girl who, along with me, has suffered a lot in life."
He further stated that Selin had not understood his letter well, although he insisted that Selin did not have to leave her bed:
