
Summer is the headline of vacations, especially holidays and just the beach! Salt water, sand or stones, vitamin D that comes naturally from the sun, so you have everything you need to enjoy this season to the fullest.
But the beach is incomplete without some light and tasty snacks that are good enough to keep you full all day long.
Some ideas for snacks that can be prepared very quickly by you!
#1 Roasted chickpeas

Ingredients:
A can of chickpeas that you have rinsed, drained and dried
1 spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper
Preparation:
Heat the stove oven and place a baking sheet on a baking sheet. Add the chickpeas, olive oil and red pepper. We let them bake for 20 minutes and then put them in a jar.

Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Ingredients:

#4 Walnuts with honey and pepper

Ingredients:
4 glasses of water with nuts
The white of an egg
3 spoons of honey
2 teaspoons of red pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
Preparation:
Heat the stove oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take a baking tray and place a kitchen paper on top. Add there the nuts and all the other ingredients. Mix everything together and let it bake for 20-25 minutes.
#5 "Bites" with dried fruits

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups unsalted almonds
¾ cup uncooked quinoa
¾ cup dried blueberries
¾ cup chopped pistachios
¼ cup honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup finely chopped dark chocolate
Preparation:
In a tray where you have previously placed kitchen paper, add all the dried fruit, honey, chopped chocolate and any other ingredients. Let it bake for 15 minutes, then let it cool and cut into squares.
#6 Popcorn

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of unsalted butter
9 cups of cracked, salted popcorn
1 small cup of butter
1 cup roasted peanuts
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add popcorn, peanuts, salt there. Finally, put them on a porcelain tray and put them in the oven for a few minutes.
