Okay, first you have to know that you're not the only one who even though you're in the sun all day, the result is the same. You're white again, or, you've got a skin rash you wouldn't want. Everyone with pale skin finds it very difficult to tan, even if they stay on the beach for months. You may be tired of the effort, but it's the fault of your pigment and genes!
Since genetics can't do anything to it, we try other ways.
- Prepare the skin from exposure by doing a cleanse to remove dead cells and without forgetting exfoliate for a uniform tan.
- If you need to depilate, whatever way you choose, let your skin relax for at least 24 hours to avoid undesirable irritation.
- Apply protective cream/oil half an hour before sun exposure to make it as effective as possible. Apply later in the day if necessary.
- Increase exposure time gradually: start by staying in the sun for 1 hour, to arrive later at a few more hours, as in the morning and in the afternoon. Make your skin gradually get used to the sun and remember it's been covered in thick clothes for many months.
- Don't be exposed during the hot hours of the day, even if you're young in age, because turning red is not good because burning doesn't transform like magic into the desired tan, but it can cause an ugly skin.
- Rotate and change position often, about every 15/20 minutes, to allow the sun to stimulate every part of the body. Better yet, you can practice sports or walking on the shore.
- Eviscerate the stay for hours in the sun and then minutes at sea, although it is true that diving refreshes, but the skin will continue to be exposed to the sea or pool. Balance time given this advice.
- If you're tired and want to take a nap, go under the tent, so you'll be calmer to avoid heat or rash/tan only on one side of the body, staying in the same position for a long time.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables in yellow as they are rich in beta-carotene that helps you with faster skin-toting of rays.
- Always paint your skin very well, applying a good hydrating cream or a sedative after the sun at the end of the day. Choose the most suitable products for you and apply even after the evening shower.
- Avoid fragrance placement. The last thing you need for the beach, all the more so if you're waiting for the perfect color.
