The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu, during a visit to the Surgical Hospital of QSUT, discussed the plan of gradual reopening of the health system, which for two months remains partially blocked due to the treatment of patients with Covid-19.
Manastirliu said that from May 18, the gradual reopening of the health system will begin, including planned operations in regional and university hospitals.
Among other things, the Minister added that the Technical Committee of Experts is evaluating the return to normal of the university hospital "Shefqet Ndroqi" (known as Covid2), which was placed in the service of patients with Covid-19. The decision to return the hospital to normal will be made within this week.
