If you remember, we've told you before how a certain segment of the TikTok community is made up of girls *thirsty* for sexual fantasies involving... monsters.
These girls' excitement knows no bounds, and SmutTok's latest obsession is the monster Nosferatu, from the horror film of the same name that is causing a lot of buzz.
What is this mystery that's driving TikTok girls crazy? Played by Bill Skarsgård, Nosferatu is the star and antagonist of the 2024 gothic horror film. He's a hybrid between a vampire and a demon, probably around 1 million years old, who takes over the soul of a young woman named Ellen (played by Lily-Rose Depp).
He is obsessed with her and will do anything to be accepted by her, from destroying the city where she lives to killing her loved ones, until she completely submits to him, both physically and spiritually.
Of course, these are evil and quite disturbing actions, but as unpleasant as this scenario sounds, dominance and submission are sexual preferences for many people. We have said before how certain people really enjoy fantasies of sexual interactions between humans and supernatural beings. Add a little demonic possession to the mix, and “Nosferatu” is formed.
You got the idea that Nosferatu must be sexy, right? You're wrong. Nosferatu is actually, well, super ugly. Although Bill Skarsgård is a man noted for his beauty, he defied all public doubts about his transformation in this film by managing to look absolutely hideous - sporting long black nails, curly hair, and the body of a fetus, but old and full of veins.
So if it's not his looks that make girls lust after such a demon, then what is?
One word: compassion. Nosferatu is truly capable of doing the ultimate thing to show his affection, no, obsession, for Ellen.
"I want a Nosferatu too," says one TikTok user, "because what do you mean you just woke up from your eternal sleep and crossed oceans just because 'you won't be satisfied until you taste my skin'?" implying that this is perceived as an extremely romantic act for her.
In the age of disappointing dates and uninspiring relationships, there's nothing more erotic or hard to find than a 6-foot-tall man who's head over heels for you, so in that respect we can all agree that it's not the TikTok girls' fault that they're so thirsty for Nosferatu. ;)
