The actor's split with the 25-year-old is believed to have happened as the 33-year-old had to leave for his work commitments.
According to The Sun, the actor has started shooting for the movie "Gold" and the distance has damaged the couple's love.
The news came shortly after it was said that Zac and Vanessa were looking to buy a house together, in Australia, where the actor was said to be living after Valladares stole his heart.

Valladared and Efron met in July, but since then their relationship has been very intense, with gifts like a ring, romantic trips and serious plans for the future.
