According to some media, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are close to divorce, after a 6-year marriage.
Page Six reported on January 5 that Kardashian had hired divorce lawyer Laura Wasser and that the couple are in talks about the separation process.
"They are trying to find out nothing, but they have finished working with each other," a source told the magazine.
People also reported that the star of Keeping Up with the Kardaishians "is preparing for divorce".
"Kanye knows it's over for Kim. "She told him she wanted some space to see what she would do in the future," said another source.
Speculation that the celebrity couple had marital problems has been circulating for months, but got even more attention during the time when Kanye was giving speeches about his presidential candidacy.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were married in May 2014 and have four children together: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm. They started dating each other in 2012 after dating for about 8 years.
This will be Kim Kardashian's third divorce. She has previously hired lawyer Wasser, for the divorce with basketball player Kris Humphries.
Laura Wasser, who also represented Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears and Johnny Depp in the respective divorces, was not available for comment.
Neither Kim nor Kanye have confirmed the rumor and have not reacted to any of the news.
