After a year filled with health problems, Ozzy Osbourne revealed he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's.
During an interview with Good Morning America, Black Sabbath's soloist called 2019 the "most painful and unfortunate year" of his life. He said he was immediately diagnosed with neurodegenerative disease after suffering some complications. Osbourne fell badly and operated on his back and neck.
?I gave the last performance the New Year's Eve. Then I fell badly. I had to have surgery on my neck and the surgery caused nerve problems. There I learned that I have a light form [of Parkinson's], ?said Osbourne, 71, who allegedly shifted the metal bars that had been affixed to his body following a 2003 accident.
In 2018, the British musician was hospitalized for a staphylococcal infection in his right hand. A year later, she ended up in hospital again, but this time for pneumonia. In October, he was forced to postpone the European tour due to persistent health problems. "I'm not dying," he told fans.
His wife, Sharon Osbourne, 67, told the morning show the diagnosis was "not a death sentence in any way." She added: "One good day, then another, then a very bad day."
Ozzy Osbourne revealed that he is receiving all the necessary medication. "I have this arm numb from surgery, my legs get cold," he said. "I don't know if it's from Parkinson's or anything. I feel weird. ?
