Nicole Kidman breaks the summer nail rule, but looks star-studded

While attending Balenciaga's Haute Couture show in Paris, Nicole Kidman challenged conventional summer beauty expectations with a dark, mysterious, and very elegant manicure, in keeping with the brand's gothic and avant-garde style.

Although there are no official beauty "rules", this shade stands out significantly from the typical summer tones like bright orange, pastel yellow, light pink with sparkles and more. Even the length of her nails was different from what girls choose for summer: short and rounded, in contrast to the very long nails that dominate the red carpet.

This shade is a far cry from the simple, natural, short manicures that are trending this summer, as well as the minimalist "pure girl" aesthetic, with pastel shades, sweet colors, and French.

In addition to the dark and dramatic color of the manicure, which Allure magazine described as a very stylish "summer gothic" look, the 58-year-old actress chose a stylish black suit, dark glasses and a simple hairstyle with a middle parting.

One thing's for sure: the Oscar winner knows how to show off different sides of herself. And this summer, she seems to be subtly embracing her more mysterious side.
