Moderator Florian Agalliu announced that he has won the legal battle with the Albanian Radio and Television (RTSH), after a process that lasted several months and centered on the non-payment of royalties for four consecutive months.
In a public statement, Agalliu announced that the court had ruled in his favor, describing the decision as a restoration of professional dignity. “Justice may be delayed, it may be temporarily submerged, but it never drowns. Not in this case,” he wrote, adding that the only reason he decided to pursue the legal path was precisely dignity.
"Believe in God, in your right and in free speech. Sooner or later, the truth always finds its way," he concludes with the Latin phrase Fiat iustitia, ruat caelum , which means that justice must be done without compromise, regardless of the consequences or pressures.

Florian Agalliu's issue with RTSH became public in September 2025, when he accused the institution's leaders of not paying the royalties of the team of the show "Good Morning Albania". Through a public post addressed to the director of RTSH, Eni Vasili, Agalliu raised concerns about the long delays in payments and the lack of official communication.
In her response to Anabel Media, Eni Vasili stated that RTSH's finances were in dire straits and that royalties payments for projects from March to June constituted a significant financial burden for the institution. She also emphasized that work was being done to increase revenues and find a formula for paying royalties.
Agalliu's case was not the only one. During the same period, other journalists and moderators such as Alban Dudushi, Elona Jaçellari, Kozeta Kurti, Ermal Peçi, Bledi Strakosha, Krisa Caushi and others had spoken openly about financial insecurity and difficult experiences at RTSH.
