When Amanda Seyfried appeared at the 2025 Venice Film Festival for the premiere of her new film "The Testament of Ann Lee," photographers were surprised: the actress was wearing the same costume that Julia Roberts had presented just 48 hours earlier at the same festival.
Julia Roberts, 57, debuted the first creations of Versace's new artistic director, Dario Vitale, for the film "After The Hunt," in a black wool jacket, striped shirt and straight-leg jeans paired with a black belt and gold studs.
Seyfried, 39, seemed equally charmed by the combination, and luckily, both actresses share the same stylist, Elizabeth Stewart.
"Please, let me wear the same clothes," Seyfried commented on the stylist's Instagram post showing Roberts' look .
And here came the second red carpet moment for the same outfit, this time on Seyfried.
“Thank you @juliaroberts for your generosity,” the stylist wrote alongside photos of her two clients. “Sharing is caring!”
The only difference between the two outfits was the shoes: Roberts chose closed leather heels, while Seyfried preferred strappy sandals, giving a lighter and summery touch to the classic look .
Stylist Elizabeth Stewart is no stranger to re-wearing clothes; another of her famous clients, Cate Blanchett, is "notorious" for recombining her outfits on the red carpet multiple times, as she did last week with an Armani Privé dress at the premiere of the film La Grazia at the same festival.
