From an emoji on Instagram, to humorous responses in interviews and trips that left followers reading between the lines, Capital T and Adrola's relationship has often been associated with the words "suspicions," "romance," and "secret affair." But what has really happened between the model and the rapper over the years?
July 2020 – The beginning of the hints
A photo of Capital T with Adrola, accompanied by a heart emoji, set the internet ablaze.
A few days later it was revealed that the model was part of the "C'est la vie" music video – and rumors of a relationship between them immediately began.
August 2020 – “I am a playboy”
The rumors gained further momentum after an unusual action by the rapper. A follower went to Capital that “Capo and Adrola are dating,” claiming that they had spent the holidays together. The rapper responded briefly, writing: “I am a playboy,” an ironic reaction. This indirect statement was seen as a denial of the rumors, although fans continued to suspect a romance between them.
During 2021 – “Just Friends”
There were no significant public developments surrounding the report during this period, but rumors circulated.
May 2022 – Doubts and denials
The story is back in the media spotlight after a photo was posted online showing two masked men wearing hats - suspected to be Capital T and Adrola Dushi - together at an airport. The photo raised suspicions that the pair were traveling together.
Adrola, in "Let Me Talk," says: "I'm in a relationship with myself." A few weeks later, Capital T also denies it: "I only have her as a friend."
February 14, 2023 – The Secret by the Sea
On Valentine's Day, Capital T posts a photo next to a mysterious girl by the sea. Fans suspect it's Adrola, due to her silhouette and YSL bag – a detail in common with her previous posts.
July 2023 – He admits "I have it for myself"
As is rare, Capital T spoke about his private life and confirmed that he is in a relationship. "For me, she is the most beautiful in the world, for others, I don't know, I have her for myself," he said on "Radar" on Radio Dukagjini.

During a concert where he was performing outside Kosovo, Capital T was “backed up against the wall” by some fans. Girls in the audience brought their phones with the text “Where is Adrola?” to them, openly asking the rapper about the model. He used body language to imply that “Adrola is sleeping.” This scene was recorded and went viral on TikTok, while fans interpreted it as another sign of closeness between them.
June 2024 – “He is the most handsome Albanian boy”
Invited to "S'e luan topi", Adrola was asked by journalist Erjona Rusi if she was in a love relationship, Adrola admitted that she is in love: "We can say that he is the most beautiful Albanian boy, is that enough?"
Asked if it's Capital T (while a song of his is played in the background), she laughs and says: "I really like this song, thank you for putting it on. Capital T is very beautiful and we can't deny that."
August 2024 – Together in concert
Adrola attends Capital T's "Time Capsule" concert in Tirana. After the event, she posts a photo next to him with the caption: "Time Capsule never disappoints."
March 2025 – Together, on vacation and not alone
In the first months of 2025, Capital T and Adrola were seen spending holidays together abroad – which was implied by their almost identical posts on social media, in the same exotic destinations.
During her 33rd birthday celebration, the rapper published videos and photos from the atmosphere, where, among other things, he appeared walking hand in hand with Adrola, as well as an image of her.
June 2025 – Weekend in Tuscany
A few days ago, the two traveled to Tuscany for a romantic weekend. Although they didn't post any photos together, the flowers, Adrolë's watch, and the same background in their posts speak for themselves.
