In a surprise TikTok comment, the 27-year-old revealed very specific details about her surgery. After a follower called her breasts "the most beautiful and natural she's ever seen," Kylie responded:

“445 cc, medium profile, half below the muscle!!!!! silicone!!!”

Which translates to: Kylie Jenner has had breast augmentation with silicone implants, size 445 cc, medium profile, placed partially under the muscle, for the most natural and balanced effect. And yes, with such enthusiasm and exclamation points she revealed her secret.

Kylie also added the name of her Beverly Hills surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher – a name that has apparently been circulating in the Kardashian circle for a long time, as both Kourtney and Khloé have been treated by him for various procedures.

In the same comment, Kylie concluded with:

“I hope it helps you.”

Fans immediately praised her for her honesty, calling her a "girls' girl" and a "queen" for the way she shared her experience.

We recall that for years, the star of "The Kardashians" denied any surgical intervention, saying in 2015 that she had simply gained weight and her body had become more shaped:

"I didn't get breast implants! I just grew and filled out."

Although later, in 2023, he admitted that he had undergone breast surgery at the age of 19 and even expressed regret for the decision:
