Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West's former assistant, has re-opened her lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of sexual assault, harassment and false imprisonment. According to her, during a business trip to San Francisco, Kanye touched and assaulted her in an unacceptable manner, even performing inappropriate acts in her presence. But the reaction from Kanye's team has been harsh and contemptuous.
A representative for the rapper said that this is the fourth lawsuit that Pisciotta has filed, and each new version is even more absurd than the previous one. He called these accusations “sick fantasies” and “fictions” that have no basis in reality. He even emphasized that the courts are not the place to listen to delusions and mental disorders and are ready to “destroy” this lawsuit before a jury, since she herself must understand that she has no chance of success.
Milo Yiannopoulos, another representative for Kanye West, fiercely defended the rapper, saying he is "one of the most peaceful artists," who has no history of violence and doesn't even own a gun. He said Pisciotta has chosen the wrong person for her ambitions and should have been more careful.
On the other hand, Pisciotta's lawyer responded that despite the harsh words of Kanye West's representatives, he himself has publicly admitted many of the accusations she presents and that in court he will not be able to hide behind a "team with a lot of money."
Lauren Pisciotta has also accused the rapper of very serious situations where she is said to have been treated as a "sexual object", forced to watch Kanye's intimate relationships with other women, and exposed to constant pressure and harassment.
