Therapist and influencer Belina Pupa has been embroiled in a sensational court case. She is suspected by Australian authorities of being involved in the cultivation of narcotics and illegal connection of electricity. Pupa has appeared in court in Adelaide, as authorities claim that over the past 4 months, she has cultivated dozens of narcotic plants.
Her husband, actor Elvis Pupa, is also suspected of being involved in the same case. The latter has been declared wanted.
On the other hand, on May 20, before Judge Natalie Broëne, the defense attorney requested that Belina Pupa be released, as she needed to travel abroad for work reasons. However, the request was not accepted by the trial panel, also due to her husband's escape.
The news was initially reported by local media (see below) and then also in Albanian media.
Belina and Elvis Pupa have been living in Australia for years, where they share parts of their daily lives with their followers on social media. So far, there has been no official reaction from the pair regarding the investigations and allegations alleged against them.
