The Beckham family drama is more serious than we thought, at least that's what sources say. According to an anonymous person, in a statement to TMZ, David Beckham did not want to celebrate his birthday with his son, Brooklyn, and his wife, Nicola Peltz.
The couple reportedly flew to London last week to celebrate the football star's 50th birthday, but when they asked to meet up before the party, David declined. So they chose to send their congratulations to David instead.
Brooklyn and his wife, who married in April 2022, were missing from the party photos that Victoria Beckham posted on Instagram over the weekend.
"Making special memories with family and friends," the former Spice Girls member, 51, said in the post.

The couple's three other children — sons Romeo and Cruz, 22; and daughter Harper, 13 — were also in the family photos. The boys' girlfriends, Kim Turnbull and Jackie Apostel, were also in the photos, but Brooklyn and Nicola were missing.
In April of this year, rumors circulated that Brooklyn was having an argument with Romeo because the latter was dating his brother's ex, Kim Turbull. So, that's supposed to be the bone of contention.
Brooklyn and Peltz also did not attend Victoria Beckham's Paris fashion show last month, nor David's first party in Miami.
