What can you consume instead of them?
Instead of junk food, try adding legumes, such as lentils, chickpeas, and beans, to your diet. They are rich in healthy fiber that helps lower cholesterol and improve gut health. Also, replace white bread with whole grain bread, which offers more nutritional value and helps keep blood sugar at healthy levels.
