Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a shocking new lawsuit. According to the lawsuit filed in New York, he drugged and raped a 10-year-old boy. The lawsuit was filed on Monday and the boy in question, who will remain anonymous, accused the rapper of drugging and raping him in 2005.
In documents obtained by TMZ, the boy met the rapper at a hotel near Madison Square Garden and stated that he performed some songs for Combs, as he hoped to become a rapper. On the other hand, "Diddy" had told him that he would turn him into a star. He then asked him what he would do to become a star, and the boy said, "Everything."
The boy testified in the lawsuit that Combs offered him a fizzy drink, which made him feel "weird." The accuser believes that "Diddy" had put GHB and ecstasy in his drink. Afterwards, he remembers that "Diddy" told him he had to do some things for him and forced him to give him oral sex.
According to the lawsuit, the boy claims that when he came back to normal, his pants were down and he thinks he was raped. He added that Combs threatened to hurt his family if he told what had happened. The boy said that he had told his parents, but they had not filed a lawsuit because they were afraid.
Combs' attorneys denied the allegations in a statement to Page Six, calling the claims ridiculous and false. "Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete faith in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In the trial, the truth will be shown that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, whether male, female or minor."
We remind you that Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a series of charges for trafficking, sexual assault, rape, drugs and threats. He has been in custody since his arrest last month in New York.
