But it seems that the followers are so attentive that they did not miss a detail in the photo that the singer posted from the bedroom: the red light.
Understandably, for the parents of Jack Blues Bieber, there are more sleepless nights and rough awakenings due to adjusting to baby's schedules and crying. And it seems that red light therapy is one of the best finds parents who have trouble sleeping with their newborns can make, but of course that doesn't mean little ones won't cry at all.
According to Anna Miller, wellness and lifestyle therapist, red light therapy is beneficial for sleep in adults as well as children. It helps increase melatonin, the hormone that helps us sleep. On the other hand, red light reduces cortisol, the stress hormone that prevents people from getting restful and quality sleep.
"Red light therapy increases the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates the circadian rhythm and helps maintain a healthy sleep-wake cycle," she said!
The expert suggests that the light be turned on every evening, 20-30 minutes before bedtime, and there is no need, according to her, to keep it on all night, a few minutes are enough to have an effective result.
"This therapy not only helps improve sleep, but also has other health benefits, especially for the skin by influencing its tone and structure, increasing collagen production, reducing wrinkles and fine lines, etc.," concludes the therapist.
