In other words, this theory is a reminder to change your mindset. Instead of looking at this episode as a bad way to start the day, you can be thankful that it didn't bring about bigger upsets.

The benefits of applying this theory to your life

It's normal to have bad days sometimes. But this theory tells us how to resist the spiral when we encounter an obstacle, as it helps us understand what obstacles we can experience. How to practice it?
