
Gaza/ Consecutive Israeli attacks continue

The numerous Israeli attacks in Gaza have caused dozens of casualties. An attack on a residential building near the "Kamal Aduan" hospital was reported and as a result 28 people died. Many victims were also registered in the refugee camps.
During this weekend, the pressure against the Israeli president, Benjamin Netanyahu, has also increased. Scores of protesters gathered in main squares in Tel Aviv to demand the impeachment of the president and the release of Israeli hostages still being held by Hamas. War cabinet minister Benny Gantz said he will resign if Netanyahu does not draw up a plan for the post-war period in Gaza.
Tunisia/ Coast guards rescue 52 people

The coast guards, in a special operation, have managed to save 52 immigrants on the coast of Tunisia. Unfortunately, 4 others died and the bodies were found on the shore. Gardai arrested 9 smugglers, seizing boats as vessels transporting migrants illegally.
At least 23 Tunisian migrants have disappeared after leaving by boat for Italy, gardaí reported. This country is facing an exodus and people are forced to leave their country as a result of poverty and conflicts in the region.
David Cameron will visit Albania

The Foreign Secretary of Great Britain, David Cameron will come to Albania on May 22. According to the agenda, he will meet with Prime Minister Edi Rama, President Bajram Begaj and other important politicians, to present a new and effective program against organized crime and corruption in the country.
According to "The Sun", he will come to Albania to announce a new crackdown on organized criminal gangs, which are behind human trafficking networks.
The WHO says that for almost 2 weeks, no medical aid has arrived in Gaza

Although Israel claimed at the International Court of Justice that it is facilitating the passage of aid to Gaza, the WHO says that since May 6, it has not been able to receive any supplies of medical aid to Gaza.
"The last medical supplies we received in Gaza were before May 6," WHO spokesman Tarik Jasarevic told a UN briefing. "We have no fuel. We have hospitals under evacuation orders. We have a situation where we cannot move physically", he added.
While Palestinian officials have indicated that even the few health facilities they have are extremely depleted and if Israel continues the offensive in Rafah, they will most likely be closed.
