In a viral video posted a few days ago, creator and therapist @israajnasir listed all the effects this approach has if you make it a part of your daily routine and lifestyle.

What should you know about "energetic passions"?
Apart from that classic cycle, work, house and shops, finding something you like is not always an easy mission. But believe us, there are plenty of alternatives! It can be a craft, spending time with flowers in your yard or balcony, something sporty from tennis, gym, swimming and many other things.
