5 bedtime habits of people who never gain weight

Think for a moment: a long bath with scented candles before bed? A light and delicious dinner, a walk in nature, you can do anything you want, if you want to sleep peacefully, and have as little problem as possible with weight, high blood pressure, blood sugar, lowering risk of heart attack and stroke etc.

But, experts say that if your goal is not to gain weight, give up these five habits before you go to bed, because pasha has to do with the routines you create before bed.

#1 A healthy dinner

You know the bedtime routine starts with dinner. Eat a healthy dinner of protein and complex carbohydrates that won't cause your blood sugar to crash. Avoid sugar and processed foods because that's the only way you won't put on extra pounds before bed.

#2 Set a schedule for dinner

What you eat for dinner is important, but so is when you eat it. Many studies show that your metabolism slows down in the evening and you are more insulin resistant during dinner. The best time to eat dinner is around sunset, so you can give yourself time to digest what you've eaten. before sleep.  

#3 Brush your teeth

Brushing your teeth is more than just good dental hygiene. If you brush your teeth, you will be less tempted to eat something after this process because colicosis temporarily affects your taste, making food less attractive and tasty. So you just eat less!

#4 Move your body

Movement after eating helps with digestion, weight loss and lowering blood glucose. A brisk walk after dinner accomplishes all this and will also aid sleep. Whereas, deep breathing exercises help with the stress factor, as the latter leads to more emotional eating to cope with feelings such as anxiety, depression, etc.

#5 They don't use technology before bed

Put your phone away from the bed before you sleep. The light coming from the phone, iPad stimulates the brain and suppresses your ability to activate melatonin, the important sleep hormone. Avoiding screens near bedtime keeps your sleep-wake cycle at acceptable levels, which doesn't compromise full sleep schedules. This consequently leads to more calmness for the body and relaxation.
