We've all been in a situation where we've become obsessed with a series and we woke up watching it. If it happens very rarely, you have no reason to worry, but if it becomes a habit, you should be a little more careful.
To begin with, we emphasize that having an irregular sleep cycle brings very serious health consequences.
According to Dr. Pujan Pariks, the best time to sleep varies depending on the 'circadian' rhythm, in other words the body's biological clock, which regulates the cycle of waking and sleeping.
"Speaking based on science, the best sleep time, taking into account exactly this cyclical rhythm, is between 10 o'clock and midnight", says Prakih.
This schedule should be set by the person himself, taking into account that 7-8 hours of sleep should be filled in total.
But what happens to the body when you don't sleep at the right time?
The first problem is the increased risk of stroke or pre-stroke. Also, a link has been discovered between the increased desire to eat and hunger if you don't sleep on schedule, which inevitably leads to weight gain and, further still, to serious complications with cardiovascular health.
