Theoretically speaking, it is a movement of the body based on instincts that has the ability to remove all negative emotions especially when you feel occupied by traumas. There are no wrong or right moves, the important thing is to channel the negative energy and get rid of it.
How can you accomplish this method?
It's actually very simple. You only need 5 minutes (or less) to dedicate to this method every morning and you don't need any extra objects or anything.
