Jennifer Aniston, 54, has revealed her secrets that make her stay in top shape. In the interview conducted with CR Fashion Book, the actress confessed the 4 rules she follows to always be in shape.

1. Drink a lot of water
2. Do physical activity
3. Try to eat fresh, nutritious food
4. Try to sleep as much as possible
5. Monitor the programs you see on TV

"I drink a lot of water, move my body every day, eat 'whole' and fresh foods and sleep as much as possible. This last part is a bit challenging, but it is important. I feel like when I don't sleep, I haven't rested enough," said the actress.

She also added that for the sake of well-being, she takes care to monitor the programs she watches on television, in order to protect her mental health. "Our world is going through some changes and I'm very interested in that, but sometimes, I think it's important to turn off the noise," said the "Friends" star.
