In the video posted on TikTok, a woman wearing a blue shirt and a hat fills a bottle with water while standing on the rocks inside the Trevi Fountain. After she finishes, she walks through the rocks when a security guard blows his whistle and walks towards her.
Tourist Lex Jones, who posted the video, told Storyful that: "Wow, this is crazy," so I started filming the scene. She explained that: "Everywhere there were signs and signs indicating that this action is not allowed."

The woman in the video appeared confused after being stopped by the police and was still explaining the action without realizing that she was in serious trouble.
It is not known whether the tourist was fined or ended up in police custody after the incident.
This video comes just a short time after a citizen from California filmed two tourists writing their name on the wall of the Colosseum amphitheater and the Italians "crucified" the tourists with videos and comments on social networks.
Another event starring an English-speaking tourist was recorded a while ago in Rome. A young tourist carved his and his girlfriend's name on a wall at the Colosseum in Rome, sparking a backlash.
The English-speaking tourist was filmed using keys to carve "Ivan+Hayley 23" into the wall of the 2,000-year-old Roman amphitheater. If the perpetrator is caught and convicted, he faces serious consequences: a fine of at least €15,000 and up to five years in prison.
Trevi Fountain
This fountain, a historical source, symbol of "Dolce Vita" and jewel of the late baroque style, has always been an attraction for tourists. The tradition of throwing coins into the fountain and a panoramic vantage point for visitors have turned this fountain into one of the most visited places by tourists.
