Arginaries - have high fiber and prebiotic contents that help the digestive system. They also have potassium and magnesium, which have a positive effect on reducing fatigue and making you feel more energetic.
Tahini – (a paste made from sesame seeds) contains the amino acid L-tryptophan which helps produce serotonin, which affects mood.
Sweet potatoes – are a rich source of nutrients that can help maintain cortisol levels. Cortisol is the stress hormone and increases when we feel under pressure. Sweet potatoes also have vitamin C and potassium and can improve our mood.
Blueberries - contain antioxidants that improve our emotional state.
