Nowadays, there are many ways to get a manicure without ever having to leave the house. If you want to save money, if you have decided not to do gel nails for some time or if you often change your mind about the nail design and want to experiment, artificial nails are a good solution. They cost less and don't require much effort.
How to set them? Follow these steps:
1. Cut the nails to a short length and trim them.
2. With a cuticle stick, push the cuticles up and if necessary, you can trim them a little.
3. Gently lemon the surface of the nails.
4. Dip a cotton ball with alcohol and clean the nails. The alcohol removes any oil the nails may have on the surface, which can adversely affect the adhesive.
5. Choose the shape that fits your natural nail. Apply the adhesive to the inside of the artificial nail and place it on the nail.
6. Keep it fixed for a few seconds so that it sticks well.
7. Finally, depending on the model you have chosen, you can continue with the decor.
How long do they last? It depends. From 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the type of adhesive you used and how often the nails were exposed to water.
